Within the WordPress community, you may recognise me from my years of contributing to the Themes Team, Gutenberg, and fullsiteediting.com.

I have contributed to WordPress for over a decade. I’m a WordPress core committer and component maintainer and was one of the lead developers of the default themes Twenty Twenty-One and Twenty Twenty-Five.

I mostly recently worked at Yoast and am looking for new opportunities.

Needlework

My grandparents and Mom taught me how to cross-stitch, and it has been my go-to mindfullness technique ever since. I have been creating embroidery and cross-stitch patterns for six years, including custom orders, my own designs, and reproductions of embroideries from the 16th to 19th century.

Writing

I enjoy both technical writing (tutorials, documentation) and writing the occasional romance to market. I dream of one day publishing my great novel, or write a memoir to honor my partner who passed away in 2001. Meanwhile, I write romance with disabled characters, where disability is not the focus. But I am not ready to reveal my pen name here yet.
